Ruchita  (Founder and Director)

Bespoke Nursing Solutions is a brainchild of Ruchita who prefers to be addressed as Ruchi. She has several years of clinical experience and has worked in several clinical specialities. She is extremely passionate about evidence-based practice and providing holistic patient centred care and that led her to complete two post graduate certificates. She has been associated with several universities as well as TAFEs, hence she understands the nursing curriculum thoroughly. Ruchi has also completed her Masters in Nursing, specialising in Clinical Nursing and Teaching and aims to facilitate learning for both Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses. She also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116).

Ruchi is a perfectionist and thrives for excellence and during her years working in nursing education, she noticed the knowledge deficits among the nursing students.

Manjeet (Clinical Facilitator)

Manjit has done her Masters of Clinical Nursing from the University of Tasmania. She also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and Certificate II in Continence Promotion and Care. Manjeet has years of international and Australian clinical experience ranging from Emergency to Acute sectors. Since then, she has worked hard to become part of Australia’s growing healthcare sector.

During her career, she has held nursing and teaching positions at various reputed organisations like Clover Lea Nursing Home Burwood NSW, Medical staff nursing agency (Chatswood) NSW, Launceston General Hospital, Skills training institute Melbourne, Austin Health, and Northern health.

Therese (Clinical Facilitator)

Therese has a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Western Sydney. Therese has completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is credentialled with (TAE40116).
She is also pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Mental Health. She has experience working as a registered nurse at Austin Health, specialising in Neurological and General Rehabilitation of the elderly, and at Prince of Wales Hospital in the Acute Aged Care & Geriatric Admission Unit (GMAU).

During her tenure as a registered nurse, she has acquired and displayed various skills including assisting with medical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient well-being by following best practices of patient care, providing holistic patient care, and effectively communicating with patients to provide an understanding of clinical interventions.
