The Bachelor of Nursing, which can also be known as the Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a three-year degree after which students become Registered Nurses (RN). This degree consists of all the units that students need to become qualified and competent nurses in the healthcare sector. Some of the units that one can learn during this degree involve general medical,mental health,acute care, chronic conditions and primary health care.
In this degree, clinical placement is mandatory to be completed by students. It can add up to 800 hours of clinical experience and exposure. Team Bespoke will facilitate nursing students on placement and offer them clinical supervision and complete the required documentation.Throughout your clinical placement, you will get much-needed exposure to different nursing fields like aged care, surgical, rehabilitation, mental health, medical.
The Diploma of Nursing program is the minimum qualification needed to work in the healthcare sector as an Enrolled Nurse (EN). This program gives students more hands-on experience as students work under a Registered Nurse (RN). There continues to be a high demand for enrolled nurses, and job expectations in this field are strong. In this nationally-accredited diploma, nursing students will gain the skills to help provide acute, curative and rehabilitative care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The diploma of nursing is for 24 months and nursing students learn to work with patients of all ages in different healthcare settings.There is a focus on aged care, community, acute,sub-acute and mental health. Apart from basic assessment skills students will also work on their clinical skills.You need at least 400 hours of clinical placement in this course. At Bespoke Nursing Solutions, our registered nurses will help you gain the required work experience. We will help you get placed in various healthcare organisations like public hospitals, private hospitals, aged-care facilities, and GP clinics.
